FYI

The Hungarian language is not ike any language you know. Together with Finnish en Estonian it belongs to the Finno-Ugric languages.
However, people from these countries can’t understand each other, just like we can’t understand Hungarians.

Are you a trained hiker with ambition, than you can also decide on longer trips (40 - 50 kilometers). If so, we will make reservations in a nearby bed-and-breakfast.

arrangements

You will walk guided by detailed maps. The trails are well marked.  The dayly routes are 10, 15, 20 and 30 kilometers. You can decide on the routes you want to take ahead of your arrival or after you arrived. During your stay you will sleep in  Szakácsi.

You can also hike with a guide in the Aggtelek Nemzeti Park, possibly with a visit to the spectaculair caves. Or from Szakácsi to the manor in Felsövadasz.
